Been Baking!

Made the most delicious lemon cakes using the recipe from The Great British Bake Off.



made them in mini loaf tins and drizzled half with lemon icing and the other half I split and filled with lemon curd and double cream.



Needless to say they disappeared in hours but I will definitely use the recipe again. It was light, moist and the balance of lemon was just right and they weren't too sweet either.
